May 3rd – May 17th – Spring Cleanup Weeks – folks are allowed to bring in bulky items not usually accepted for a fee – see the fee scheduled below. Fees are due prior to drop off and can be paid at the Town Office or you may pay cash/check at time of drop off. If you do not pay at the time of drop off, you have 7 days (one week) to pay at the Town Office. If, after 7 days the bill remains unpaid you will be sent a reminder letter and a processing fee of $5.00 per charge slip will be added to the total amount due.
Andover Transfer Station access stickers allow users to bring refuge/materials that was generated within town limits. Disposing of certain materials is expensive and should not be placed on the shoulders of our citizens if it is generated outside Town limits. Thank you for understanding and respecting those who are working at the station. They do no like having to turn folks away, but will if they are presented with a situation that warrants them to.

Receipts payable at the Town Office within 7 Days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Waste from property located outside of Andover is NOT Permitted.
You must have a valid Transfer Station sticker visible on your vehicle to use the Transfer Station; they are available at the Town Office.
Attendant’s word is final. Miss-use and/or harassment of Attendants will be cause for loss of use of the Transfer Station and legal action.
Dumping after hours/dump picking is NOT permitted at any time.
