- Med Care Representative – the Town of Andover is currently seeking someone to fill the position of Med Care Representative. The representative is paid a flat stipend of $25.13 per meeting plus mileage. Meetings are currently held every other month. - Emergency Management Director – The Town of Andover is seeking an Emergency Management Director. This position would be responsible for preforming four phases of Emergency Management. Preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation and for liaison with the Oxford County Emergency Management. Yearly trainings are required. All other duties are outlined in our Emergency Management Ordinance; stipend position
