  • Appeals Board Member – The Town of Andover is in urgent need of two individuals to serve on the Appeals Board due to a member resignations. There is a per meeting stipend
  • Town Treasurer – prior experience working in accounting or financial role is desired; having municipal, TRIO software, payroll and HR experience is highly desirable; part-time (20 hours/wk) salaried exempt position; flexible hours, eligible for benefits, see the complete posting by clicking here. Reports to the Select Board.
  • Med Care Representative – The Town of Andover is accepting applications for the position of MedCare Representative to attend meetings representing our community.  About – MedCare is a Northern Oxford Regional Ambulance Service 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that provides emergency medical services (EMS) in Northern Oxford County, Maine owned by all eleven communities it provides services for.  The representative is paid a flat stipend of $25.13 per meeting attended, plus mileage. Meetings are currently held every other month.
  • Emergency Management Director – The Town of Andover is seeking an Emergency Management Director. This position would be responsible for preforming four phases of Emergency Management. Preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation and for liaison with the Oxford County Emergency Management. Yearly trainings are required. All other duties are outlined in our Emergency Management Ordinance; stipend position.
