- Application for Exemption from Local Property Taxation for institutions and organizations
- Building Permit Application – Click and print and provide to Planning Board for review at their meetings held the 1st and 3rd Monday’s of each month, except when a holiday falls on a Monday. - Burn Permit or State Fire Permit – online or at your local fire department
- CMP Utility Pole Request Form 1190 – online only
- Dog Licensing
- Due before 12/31 annually for all dogs 6 months and older. Proof of current rabies vaccination is required to register a dog. A grace period extends until January 31st and thereafter, late fee of $25 applies. A list of unregistered dogs is provided to the ACO for follow up by 3/31 annually
- Employment Application
- Fishing and Hunting License – can be purchased on State of Maine MOSES web site
- FOAA (Freedom of Access Form)
- General Assistance Application – follow directions and submit to Town Office
- General Complaint Form – return to Town Office or email to secretary@andovermaine.gov
- Homestead Exemption Application (file by 4/1 annually)
- Property Tax Exemption Application – Non Profit 501(C)3 Organizations (file by 4/1 annually – contact secretary@andovermaine.gov for more information regarding required additional paperwork
- Plumbing Permit print and provide to Planning Board – Email: planningboard@andovermaine.gov or CEO codeenforcement@andovermaine.gov. Chair Sidney Pew or call (207) 890-6007; Tim Johnson, Code Enforcement Officer (CEO) – call the Town Office and select Option 6 to leave audix message
- Select Board Meeting – Request to be added to the agenda – return to Town Office or email to secretary@andovermaine.gov
- SubSurface Wastewater Disposal System Application – Filed by Designer
