The Selectboard is seeking the names of Andover residents interested in filling an unanticipated Andover School Board vacancy as of 8/11/26. This seat term ends in 2028, however due it being vacated by a resigantion, the term for this seat will end at the next Town Meeting.
If interested, please call the Andover School for more details on when and where the board meets, rate of pay and requirements of the position.
Interested person(s) will submit their name and contact to the Town Office or email it to secretary@andovermaine.gov.
The Selectboard will consider all candidates at their weekly meetings until a suitable candidate is found. The appointment is effective immediately following Board appointment.
